Current calls for expression of interest

This page lists the European Medicines Agency's current calls for expressions of interest. These calls are a means of preselecting candidates who may be invited to submit tenders in response to possible future restricted invitations to tender.

Any interested person or company can submit an application at any time during the period of validity of the list, except for during the the last three months of that period.

The Agency uses the list drawn up following a call for expressions of interest for contracts with an estimated value falls over €60,000 but below the threshold for the Public Procurement Directive. This is €130,000 for services and supplies contracts and €5,000,000 for works contracts.

Where a specific contract is to be awarded, the Agency will send the tender documents and the invitation to tender either to all the candidates on the list, or to certain selected candidates who meet the preselection criteria for the contract concerned.
